If you have a swarm you’d like to be removed/collected, use this link – it will help you confirm the species (beekeepers will only remove honey bees) and help find nearby, insured beekeepers with the training, experience, knowledge and equipment to remove swarms safely. All volunteer collectors found on this page are members of the British Beekeepers’ Association and are known to be competent in swarm collection.
CAUTION: Using social media to find someone could bring enthusiastic – but unsafe – assistance; swarm removal is safe if carried out properly, but if it’s not, can be dangerous for both the collector and observers and the situation could be made worse.
